We need a creative, student-centric content developer passionate about making English learning truly innovative. Key Responsibilities:
Content Innovation
– Conduct learner needs analysis and market research to identify opportunities for creative and effective English learning content.
Learning Material Development:
– Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and practical English learning content suitable for an app environment. This includes lesson structures, interactive exercises, real-world scenarios, and engaging narratives.
Testing & Quality Control:
– Implement rigorous QC processes and develop methods to measure the pedagogical effectiveness and student engagement of developed materials.
App Integration:
– Collaborate with the tech team to ensure seamless implementation and optimal presentation of content within the learning app.
Iterative Improvement:
– Analyze user feedback to continuously refine and enhance content. Stay updated on best practices in language education and content delivery.
III. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience (full time job) in eLearning curriculum designer or developing learning materials or in a similar position.
- Fluent English communication skills ( IELTS 7.5 or higher), with a good sense of natural conversational English.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to digitize and measure the effectiveness of developed learning materials.
- Good communication skills.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Quick adaptability, strong self-learning and research abilities.
- Ability to work with collaborators in various fields to create suitable materials for each group.
- Ability to use ChatGPT and AI tools to assist in material development and quality control.

- Monthly salary: 12,000,000 VND – 18,000,000 VND depending on experience.
