Step Up English is now in tier 1 of English book publishing companies, it experienced a significant growth in the number of employees within few months, from only 6 persons to over 100 employees now. Thus, we want to find a recruitment specialist who can help us strengthen the recruitment team to ensure both quality and quantity for each department, but also a solution-creator to contribute to Step Up’s operation.

Job description:

– Implement the recruitment plan and make sure all the vacancies are filled on time with high quality

– Search for candidates from various channels, come up with new method of recruitment for difficult positions

– Conduct screen phone interview & arrange interview with relevant managers

– Support and follow up the whole recruitment procedure

– Update and maintain the database of candidates

– Welcome newcomers and conduct orientation training

– Plan and organize job seminars, workshops to promote the employer brand

– Build up good relationship between employers and employee

– Develop HR policies and procedures

Requirement:

– Have bachelor degree
– Have at least 1-2 year experience in recruitment
– Possess good knowledge about a variety of recruitment channels
– Have strong sourcing, persuasion and interview skills
– Be proactive, creative, dedicated and passionate in HR especially recruitment
– Can work successfully under high pressure
– Be good at English & computer skills 

– Having experience in both selective and mass recruitment is an advantage
