II. JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Owner role will work together with the product development team to develop The Coach app – a communication learning app using the Chunking learning method and virtual role-playing.
Your mission is to maximize the value for learners and the business.
To accomplish this task, you will need to have the ability to perform the following tasks effectively:
- Analyze and accurately define the context, current issues, objectives, success criteria, and constraints of the product design problem.
- Identify assumptions and design experiments (A/B testing, prototypes, surveys, etc.) to evaluate assumptions in the most streamlined way.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Tech, Content, Academic, UI/UX, etc.) to design and develop solutions.
- Analyze data to evaluate experiments and continuously optimize.
Examples of the problems you will solve:
- How to increase user trust during the trial period, thereby increasing the purchase rate?
- How to increase the NPS of paid users?
- How to increase the purchase rate of the high-level customer group who want to speak more than just a few sentences, say 2 – 3
III. REQUIREMENTS
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Design Thinking Skills: The ability to understand and analyze the needs of learners.
- Problem Solving Skills: The ability to solve problems effectively.
- Self-Learning Skills: The capability to learn, explore, and adapt independently.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
- Teamwork Skills: The ability to work effectively within a team.
- Confident communication and reading comprehension in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the technology application development field.
Additionally, we are particularly interested if you:
- Can demonstrate your capabilities through case studies and explain clearly the process of how you solved the problems.
- Have a prominent strength (UI/UX Design, Gamification, Data, Instructional Design).
- Enjoy tackling challenging problems and have an interest in the Edtech and B2C fields.
