Learning Design Specialist (The Coach)

08:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.

Monday to Friday, weekends off.

1. Job Description 

As a Learning Design Specialist, you will join the product development team to create the most practical A learning app for beginner-level communication skills (A1, A2 level). You will:

  • User-Centric Design and Research:
    • Collect and analyze requirements from users and internal stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions.
    • Conduct user research to identify learning needs, preferences, and pain points.
    • Utilize insights from user data and research to inform design decisions.
  • Instructional Design and Prototyping:
    • Apply instructional design principles to create structured and coherent learning modules.
    • Develop prototypes and wireframes to visualize learning solutions.
    • Test and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Work closely with the product development team to integrate learning solutions into the app/web platform.
    • Ensure that the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly.
    • Provide detailed logic and specifications for developers to implement learning features.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
    • Design and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions.
    • Analyze learning outcomes and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Continuously refine and enhance learning materials based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with Data Analysts to monitor and leverage user data for informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with Content Executives to produce high-quality content.
    • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.

2. Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following fields: Science of Learning, Psychology, Education.
  • Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
  • Fluent in English ( equivalent IELTS 7.0 or higher)

Skills:

      • Strong skills in understanding and analyzing learners’ needs (Needs Empathy & Analyze).
      • Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials tailored to different learning styles and preferences.

  • Monthly salary: 18,000,000 VND – 22,000,000 VND depending on experience.
